Dale started in operations on the manufacturing floor, learned consulting at the Big Four and IBM, and has spent the years since being brought in to fix the initiatives that weren't going to land on their own. He has led enterprise transformation programs across healthcare, aerospace, manufacturing, financial services, and the public sector — including NASA-facing engagements.
The thread through all of it: strategy that connects to operations, and operations that actually move. Sandal Advisors is the consolidation of that experience into one practice — and a deliberate pivot to bring the same execution discipline to AI strategy and implementation for growth-stage companies.
