The people who do the work.
Sandal is proud of the personal and professional services we offer — and just as proud of the team we've assembled to deliver them. Below are key team members who serve our clients directly.
The practice is led by Dale Pilarczyk.
Dale Pilarczyk
Dale leads every Sandal engagement personally. Three decades of enterprise transformation work — at IBM, EY, PwC, and on NASA-facing engagements — sit underneath the practice, and that experience shows up in how the work gets sequenced, governed, and actually delivered.
The throughline is practical: strategy that connects to operations, operations that actually move, and technology used as a means rather than an end.
The people who deliver alongside Dale.
A small, deliberate group of partners and advisors — each chosen for depth in a specific domain, each engaged when their expertise is what the work calls for.

Engagements scale by capability, not by headcount.
Beyond the core team above, Sandal maintains relationships with a broader network of operators, engineers, and subject-matter experts across industries. We bring them in only when the work clearly calls for their expertise.
This model lets us match the team to the engagement — not stretch the engagement to fit a fixed bench.
Want to know who would be on your engagement?
Once we understand what you're working on, we can talk through who from the team — and the wider network — would be the right fit. The first conversation is meant to understand your challenges, not sell you.
